Motivation to Work – Frederick Herzberg – Bok
This American psychologist, who was very interested in people's motivation and job satisfaction, came up with the theory. He conducted his research by asking a group of people about their good and bad experiences at work. Developed by Frederick Herzberg (1964). He categories job-related factors divided into two categories—hygiene factors and motivators factors. The basic principle- Job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction are not opposites.
